The 2017 Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs L’Angelique is superb. Bright and finely sculpted, the sizzles with energy. Lemon peel, crushed rocks, lime, white pepper and salt all race across the palate. This nuanced, chiseled Blancs de Blancs is so precise and just as equally impressive, especially for the year. Dosage is 1.5 grams per liter. Disgorged: October, 2022. - VM
